1academy sells digital study material only: notes, PDFs, video lectures, courses, mock tests and test series. Nothing is shipped to a physical address.
1. Instant digital delivery
As soon as your payment is confirmed, the item unlocks on your account and appears in My Library. This normally takes a few seconds. You also get an order confirmation and a GST invoice.
2. Where to find your purchases
- Notes and PDFs open in the reader on the item’s page (download is available where the item allows it).
- Courses open from My Library → Courses, with your progress saved.
- Mock tests and test series open from My Library → Tests. Scheduled exams can be attempted only inside their window.
3. If access is delayed
If the item has not unlocked within 30 minutes of a successful payment, open the order from the payment confirmation page to refresh its status, or email support@1academy.in with your order ID. If we cannot give access, you get a full refund as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Validity
Access lasts for the validity shown on the product page (for example 365 days or until the exam date). Free items stay available while they are published.
